What are your prices?
Our pricing starts at $120 an hour with a two hour minimum. For in state moves and any pack jobs our rates are $120 an hour. For long distance moving our rate is $140 an hour. Any state to state moving price will vary, a pricing quote will be given by phone and email upon request. Anything that passes ten minutes starts a new hour for us so we always suggest that the customer keeps a close eye on the amount of time the workers are with them.
Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept many forms of payments such as cash, Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle as well as accepting online payments through this website which takes debit and credit cards. We take most major credit cards like Discover, Visa, Mastercard through the website.
What are hours you will move for us?
We start moving as early as 7:00 AM and will work as late as 10:00PM. We are very flexible and are willing to work with whatever the customer needs. Customer service is number one in our books.
What is the difference between out of state move and state to state move?
An out-of-state move is considered to be a move from South Carolina that moves into a neighboring state, which includes Georgia, Tennessee, or North Carolina. A state-to-state move would be someone out of our local state, which is South Carolina, and is moving into another state other than South Carolina.
How do I add extra hours to my move?
When it comes to needing more than two hours for your move, you can simply add an extra hour or as many as you need to your cart. Just make sure when you are checking out you add it into the correct date and time slot.
What is our policy on rescheduling and cancelling a move?
As for our policy on rescheduling you are free to do whenever without a charge. We do ask that you try to reschedule with a few days' notice as we schedule our days a while in advance. Now for cancelling, if you cancel within 3 days of your move, we will charge $50 dollars as that doesn't allow us ample time to find another move to replace it. To cancel your move please call us at 407-640-0025 or go to your bookings under your account, click on the cancel button there.
How would I pay for my move online?
We will send you an invoice for your move in your email and if you wish to pay that online you can click on the invoice, there is a pay button located on the top right-hand side, it will send you to our online payment system and that is where you will put in your information. If you wish to pay in cash or in person, you can pay that when your move has ended.
